1. Open the ashtray. Unclip the gear shift panel from the forward section and slide backwards.

2. Remove the ashtray mechanism and the base trim by releasing the two clips with a flat screwdriver.

3. Pull out the CD unit

4.Ensure that you hook the recess cut out on the bracket over the lower plastic lug on the side of the CD unit

5. Locate the lower arm of the bracket with the Torx 15 screw in the lower left corner of the main console unit.

6. Refit the ashtray parts and gear shift trim.
