1. Remove the heater control switches and the screws behind the outer two. Remove the slide control knob.

2. Now access an 8mm bolt situated beneath a protective cap, in the recess beneath the steering column on the side wall of the console level with the audio unit. Take care not to drop the bolt internally.

3. Lever out the complete centre console unit which is clipped in place on the side and at the vent assembly.

4. Locate the bracket with the screw on the side of the radio unit at the 'Seek Button' level.

5. Refit the radio unit and the 8mm bolt.
