Step 1: Unclip the trim above the glove box, which is slightly lipped under the crash pad.

Step 2: Separate this trim by unclipping from the heater fascia pane.

Step 3: Locate the bracket on the console all adjacent to the heater controls.

Step 4: Use two self tappers for stability.

Step 5: Refit the trim.
