71114 VW Golf 5 2004> Vent (With storage tray)


1. Unclip the upper section of the fascia with a flat bladed tool and lever out sufficiently to hook the bracket over the lower panel edge.

2. Remove the rubber mat in the storage tray and the screws securing it.

3. Lift the tray up from the rear initially.

4. Hook the bracket over the front trim.

5. Refit the screws, mat and fascia.

VW Golf 5 Vent (with ACC sensor)

1. Unclip the dashtop sensor panel.

2. Remove the screw in the rear of this recess.

3. Remove the inner framework.

4. Remove the two bolts securing the base trim.

5. Locate the lower arm behind the console fascia beneath the vent assembly.

6. Locate the upper arm over the top of the assembly.

7. Refit all screws and panels to secure.
