Step 1: Unclip the gear shift trim.

Step 2: Unclip the fascia panel from the exposed recess at the base. Clips on each side.

Step 3: Disconnect the power/illumination/throttle to the heater/ACC unit to enable easier removal and setting aside.

Step 4: Locate the bracket with the upper left star screw above the radio housing.

Step 5: Refit the fascia by sliding the panel behind the bracket plate. Reconnect the feeds. Take care not to scratch the surface.

Step 6: Refit the gear shift trim.
