Step 1:IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THE COMPLETE ASHTRAY SPRING MECHANISM ASSEMBLY IS OPERATIVE BEFORE FITTING THE BRACKET TO ENSURE THAT IT CAN BE REMOVED & REPLACED IN FULL WORKING ORDER

Step 2 : Remove the two screws securing the ashtray and slide it out in full

Step 3 : In the recess there are two white plastic wing nuts that require removal

Step 4 : Around the gear shift gaitor there are two plastic surrounds: push one aside enabling the veneer to be raised slightly

Step 5 : Locate the two arms of the bracket with the two screws that are then exposed

Step 6 : Replace all trim and screws to secure

Step 7 : The plate will rest on the left hand console rim on the tape provided to prevent chaffing

Dashmount will not be liable for any damage caused to a vehicle in executing the fitting of the bracket
