Step 1: Remove the 2 Phillips screws on top of the instrument cluster. Use a flat bladed tool protected with a piece of cloth to pry out the whole fascia panel and  set it aside.

Step 2: Locate the bracket with the two bolts to the  left side of heater controls. The installation plate will then be located close to the lighter.

Step 3:  Enter the left side of the panel  in behind the installation plate and clip the panel back into position. 

Step 4: Refit the screws.
