Step 1: Pull out the cup holder as far as you can. Pull lower edge of dash panel out approx. 1/2inch.

Step 2: Unscrew the bolt on left side of cup holder

Step 3: Hook the wide flange under the dash panel and locate the arm with the hole so that it aligns with the screw you removed. Reinstall the screw and tighten well. Make sure that the bracket is pushed as far over to left as possible when tightening the screw.
