Step 1: Begin by applying emergency brake. Insert key into the ignition and turn to the on position. Shift the transmission into neutral. Starting with the left rear corner of the trim bezel that surrounds the shifter knob, pull up. This piece is held on by clips. Continue to do this around bezel until all clips are released.

*Note:( There is no need to take shifter knob off. The trim bezel only has to move back a few inches.)

Step 2: Remove the trim that surrounds the radio. This is also held by clips. Pull out starting with lower left side and continue counter-clockwise. The climate control will come out with the bezel. Let this hang to left.

Step 3: Remove the two phillips screws to the right of the radio. Position the Safety Mount over these holes and replace screws.
